Seamless service from booking to checkout. The room was clean and comfortable, kitchen and shower room has everything you need. Convenient central location with local vibe, close to transport links. To note for those with luggage, it's a two floor walk~up, with no lifts/elevators. Would recommend.

I arrived here without any prior planning – it was a completely spontaneous decision. I made the reservation the same evening and arrived at the accommodation shortly after.
Honestly, the experience was far better than I expected. Everything was very well organized. The bed was extremely comfortable, the heating was on and worked constantly, and cleanliness was impeccable — both the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, which really matters.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the London Eye and the Horse Guards, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Communication was excellent, quick, and clear. The property is also very secure: each room door has a digital code lock, and the main entrance is accessed with a key, which made me feel safe and comfortable.
Overall, I felt very welcome and comfortable during my stay. This place truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended.

Near by the Waterloo station. Room was really need and tidy. I was there with my friends for my graduation ceremony and I am go greatful towards the host that he allow us to leave our luggage in the kitchen area

First of all, the room and shared spaces were very clean.
The kitchen in particular was well-stocked with cookware, plates, and cutlery.
The refrigerator shelves were divided into rooms, which was easy to use.
There were two supermarkets nearby, one of which was open 24 hours.
It was close to both the train and subway stations.
There was a stylish food area nearby.
There were many bus options, making it easy to get to anywhere.
I'd definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit London.

Posizione molto comoda per muoversi con la metro. La struttura è un po' datata ma molto confortevole e pulita. Non è stato difficile condividere gli spazi con altri ospiti. Da tenere in considerazione per il prossimo viaggio a Londra.
Piccolo suggerimento, visto che il bagno va pulito dopo ogni utilizzo, sarebbe più semplice lasciare una spugna e del disinfettante a portata degli ospiti.
